Even though this book is a poetry book there was a few words that made me think, or look up what they meant. Some of the words are not so uncommon but they are strong and up to grade level, I feel like the words start getting bigger, and more academic at the last few pages/poems.

Words like revisited, unmercifully, disappointing, brilliant, ironic, sarcastic, denials, overbearing, deranged, devoted, unconditional, glorious, celestial, rare, unexplained, rapturous, divine, sublime, mystical, triumphant, metaphysical, charitable, suburb, consideration, compassionate, tenderness, astonishing, sympathetic and favorable are all used in this book. Those are words that can make a really dull sounding book, or article sound more academic and professional.
