Another poem that really caught my eye was “Go Look in the Mirror”. It is basically about Jessie going out and she doest get approval of her outfit from her dad. The only way to read this poem is to look in the mirror, or just anything reflective. It talks about how her hair is long on one side and short on the other, with blue streaks. she is wearing a rock t-shirt with a wide neck making it able to see both of her bra-straps. A skirt she made herself, under the skirt are red leggings and fishnets over them. To top it off she has a ripped leather jacket, on the left arm side there is red paint splatters on them. The reason I like this poem is that it is unique and takes some time to understand, its like a riddle to know how to read it.
